    1. Hi Roger,
      Thanks for your feedback.
Please follow the step 4 mentioned above, properly. Website url entered in “Authorized Javascript origins” option is not getting matched with your website url where you are using the plugin.

  2. I’m getting “Invalid Redirect URI” when creating a new client id. It’s accepting my “http://wp.dev” URI for Javascript origin but not for Redirect URIs. Any ideas? This is for local development and sign in. Thanks!

    1. Hi Ted,
You can use a domain different than localhost (local.mydomain.com) and use “hosts” file to map the fake domain to 127.0.0.1 . You can then use this fake domain in “Redirect URI” option to configure Google app.

  3. when i click on the icon i have this error message :

  4. Absolutely brilliant! And proud of myself for managing to do it all right first time as I’m a total noob! 😀

  5. Could you update this post since everything has changed at Google and the pictures and text has changed making it really hard for people like me to figure it out 😦

I’ll muddle through and figure it out one way or another but it could help future adopters. Very happy with your plugins thank you for all the time and effort you have put into supporting this wonderful plugin 😀

  6. Hi, have a problem related with the login using Google OAuth.

Twitter and Instagran runs ok (Facebook is pending to check).

But with the Google login.. everything seems to be ok…
    – ask me for the google credentials
    – ask me to allow the website to authenticate

but… the plugin… at the final process… is stoped showing me the looping status bar refresing but not starting the user session

    any idea?

          1. Ok! now the user can register inside the worpress deploying a email account sending user and password data.

But the issue this one its that the automatic login do not works. Works as expected?

  7. Hi the Champ!
Thanks a lot for your work!
FB, twitter and lkdn work great but I encounter issues with g+. I recreated several times the client id and checked if the API was activaed but the problem remains. (http://bit.ly/16JmIDQ)
    Would you have any idea?

  8. Oh what a quick answer. Actually nothing happens when I click on the G+ logo (no buffering, no pop-up… I was trying in FF but now I am testing on chrome and it’s the same.
Does it work on your side?

      1. I have unblocked the pop-up in chrome and ff, restarted both browser but problem remains. The popups from the other social networks were appearing well and they still are…

          1. ya now its working fine.. but in tweeter.. after login they are asking for email id… why so?

          2. Because Twitter does not provide email id of the user.
If you want to turn off this behavior (asking email in popup), disable the “Email required” option in “Social Login” section at “Super Socializer > Social Login” page in admin panel. Then a random email will be generated (eg. 64574674@twitter.com) for the users logging in using Twitter.

          3. And you can please suggest me anything in your mind which pokes you regarding my website improvement..

    1. Hi Ravi,

Issue is due to some mis-configuration with the app you have created.
To resolve the Issue, enter following url in the “Authorized Javascript origins” and “Authorized redirect URI” options of Google Plus app (see step 9 above) you configured for Social Login and save the changes:
      http://www.pochampallysareehouse.com

      1. I have created new client ID with the following configuration

        Authorized Javascript origins:http://www.pochampallysareehouse.com
        Authorized redirect URI: http://www.pochampallysareehouse.com

But still it seems not resolved 😦
